It is a fairly comprehensive Chinese to English/English to Chinese dictionary. It is downloadable and can be used without connecting to the internet.
Among its useful features: it can convert characters into pinyin, tone numbers into tone marks, and simplified characters into traditional characters (and viceversa).
It can also automatically generate flashcards.
It is a fairly good alternative to other dictionaries that currently only run of smartphones and tablets.
